[RÉSOLU] pb imprimante hp

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer xubuntu 20.4 j'ai tout mis à jour, redémarré, laissé charger la recherche de pilotes, il a reconnu l'imprimante mais rien ne sort, pas même une page de test. Une demande d'impression renvoie que l'imprimante n'est surement pas branchée alors qu'elle n'est même pas en veille.
J'ai pensé que peut être l'imprimante est trop récente, j'ai donc mis à jour hplip en allant chercher le paquet sur https://developers.hp.com/hp-linux-imag ... g/gethplip
J'ai installé en custom, comme indiqué ici https://doc.ubuntu-fr.org/hplip#mode_custom
ce qui donne le même resultat.
J'ouvre donc hp device manager et lance diagnose hplip driver... ce qui me donne ceci:
